I actively looked for opportunities to use SAP when I was employed at Legrand in order to improve the way warehouse orders were managed. This gave me important insights into SAP’s features and helped us streamline our procedures for accuracy and efficiency. I discovered how to properly utilise SAP’s features through practical experience and careful analysis, guaranteeing efficient operations and prompt order fulfilment.

To enhance my understanding of the SAP ERP system and its functionalities, I enrolled in a comprehensive certification course. This program provided in-depth insights into various modules and offered practical exposure to key processes such as data entry, validation, and processing within the SAP system.

After obtaining my basic SAP certification, I completed essential training courses to deepen my understanding of SAP modules and transaction features. This training not only expanded my skill set but also equipped me with the necessary tools to effectively use SAP in real-world scenarios.

Recognizing the increasing demand for project management tools, I prioritized staying informed about the leading ERP solutions in the market. Given Microsoft Dynamics’ status as the second most popular ERP software after SAP, I made a conscious effort to ensure that I remained up-to-date by acquiring proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP.

Through a LinkedIn Learning course, I gained a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics’ essential controls, allowing me to effectively use various modules for diverse functions and comprehend the platform’s seamless coordination across departments, thereby improving collaboration and workflow management within the organisation.

Knowing the importance of this ERP software in the market, I’m now preparing to take the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP tests in an effort to further solidify my knowledge. This certification will demonstrate my dedication to remain ahead of the curve in the always changing field of project management tools, in addition to validating my expertise.

Recognizing the widespread acclaim of Microsoft Project as a premier project management tool highly valued by recruiters, I took proactive steps to master it. During our final semester project, which involved collaborating with the company Inclood, I seized the opportunity to utilise Microsoft Project extensively over a period of 7 months. Within this timeframe, I employed its robust features to efficiently allocate tasks, meticulously track progress, and maintain seamless communication with our client. This hands-on experience not only enhanced our project’s success but also fortified my proficiency in Microsoft Project, a skill highly sought after in the professional arena.

This invaluable resource provided me with a deep understanding of the essential functionalities of Microsoft Project, empowering me to navigate its intricacies with confidence and efficiency. This proactive approach not only enriched my skill set but also reinforced my commitment to continuous growth and development in the field of project management

Following graduation, I transitioned from Microsoft Project to Monday.com, a project management software. I efficiently organised and coordinated duties, such as preparing our website for a recruitment fair on March 22nd. This demonstrated my adaptability to new tools and dedication to successful project management outside academia, and it also kept me up to date on Microsoft Project learnings.
